Under the leadership of the co-chairs Sarah Garland of CBRE, and Daron Tubian of Barings, MBA's Affordable Rental Housing Advisory Council (Council), made significant strides to advance the Affordable Rental Housing Strategy and strengthen our affordable multifamily housing efforts. This report recaps the efforts of the Council in 2023 and outlines plans for 2024.
